The company took birth in 1985 from the desire of starting a new unit to cover new dimensions. other than wooden furniture, a business running successfully since 1955 by Mr. Jamnadas N. Tratia and Family. The unit 'UDAY FURNITURE' sells self made wooden furniture in own furniture factory.

'ARUN MACHINE TOOLS' is a company located in Atika Industrial Area, Rajkot (India) that is in Gujarat and from here 'ARUN' brand Lathe Machines has made its way to India's most of the cities like Banglore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Kolkatta, Kanpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Ahmedabad, Calicut, Nagpur, Satara, Aurangbad, Kolhapur, Secunderabad etc. and exporting overseas, It is covering a brand name due to technical experience, exceptional quality and equitable price.

The company is manufacturing Light Duty Lathe Machine, Medium Duty Lathe Machine and Heavy Duty Lathe Machine, and was planning further to manufacture All Geared Head Lathe Machine for further business development, so in the year 2003 'ADITYA ENTERPRISE' Company was established for it.

In the year 2004 'ADITYA ENTERPRISE' has taken over the products of All Geared Head Lathe Machines from M/s. Jyoti Machine Tools- Rajkot (Jyoti CNC Automation Pvt. Ltd.) with a brand name of 'PIONEER'
